What does ‘Flexible Helpdesk’ mean in practice?

We know your team doesn’t have the time to focus on software upgrades and password resets. Our Service Desk Team can handle all levels of IT support requests for your business. You focus on high initiatives, and we’ll make sure your team has the IT support they need to focus on the tasks at hand. 

  • Remote support: We provide helpdesk remote support to our clients. Whether it is as simple as a password reset or more involved like migrating data, our team can help.
  • Onsite support: We also can come onsite as needed, or set up regular maintenance site visits. Our team gets to know your team’s pain points, addresses them in person building trusting relationships.
