Next step is to schedule onboarding kick-off calls. We do this to ensure everyone is informed and on the same page.

Backend Stuff

Once everyone is on the same page, the real onboarding starts. Our team performs an audit of your IT environment. They install agents, take asset information and review if any additional services may be needed. You are trained by our operations team on how to use our client portal and meet with our logistics team to determine procurement and provisioning needs.
